cooking with Pinky

i've been rotting at home ever since i came back from my last trip (Singpapore),
so i decided to find Pinky for few days,
and here i am, in KL for 5 days.

it was kinda late when i reached at Paramount.
after helping my nephew to settle his new room,
Pinky and I went to Cold Storage to shop for our dinner ingredient
since i promised him that we'll be cooking our dinner together.
after the hassle of cutting and preparing the ingredient,
we started cooking.
or shall i say i started cooking because Pinky was still preparing his ingredient for his bruchetta.
so, the dishes of the night were:

Leggo's Napolentana sauce angel hair by me

diced tomato with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper with pinch of dried oregano by Pinky

it was meant to be used for bruchetta,

but we're too full already,
thus we gave up bruchetta.

grilled potato with myanoise

A&W rootbeer in Hoegaarden glass =.=

it was supposed to be Bacardi cocktail

but Pinky was too thirsty and thus ended up with rootbeer.

guess what??

we only managed to finish our pasta and grilled capsicum.

the rest were packed and kept in the fridge.

we definitely over estimated our apetite!!

this is the first time we cook together,

no doubt, it was fun,

going shopping together,

choosing the ingredient..

cooking and tasting the food together.

but next time, we shall not be too excited

and so ambitious in preparing the food,

dun wanna make my tummy and your tummy explode k?
