jerebu fever

lately the mist from our neighbouring country had not only affect the safety of the drivers on the road but also creating alot of health problem among the "allergy/hypersensitive" group..i'm one of the victims!

been having rhinitis since i know what is rhinitis but it usually comes and goes after popping in antihistamin and most of the time i don't rely on the pills..

these few days, after i came back to kl from melaka, the air pollution here is so bad that my rhinitis keeps coming back. i try not the sneeze out the fluid from my nose as the tissue paper rubbing movement will make my upper lip goes dry and gets painful after that.

the fluid goes back down to my throat, and without any realization, it had infected my throat --> sore throat --> fever

this had leads me to waste my money to visit a doc because my fever just won't go away even after popping in 6 paracetamols in less than 20hours..in the morning, i saw the yellowish fluid, i know i'm infected..sigh..dragged myself to the polyclinic, spent RM36 on that, popping in some unknown medication really makes me worry..

i'm on sinus, flu, fever, cough syrup and antibiotic..
i only know i'm taking levofloxacin and dexamethasone..the rest..@.@ blank even after i requested for the name of the medication to be written..
the writing turned out to be worst than a toddler's scribble..bad bad bad...!

seriously think that private clinic's doc should ALWAYS provide patient with NAMED medication, make sure they know what they are taking in case they developed any allergy or side effects..we do not need to waste lotsa time to investigate..please make out life easier..hurm!
